We don’t JUST focus on workouts and macros; we look at stress, digestion, hormones, recovery, nervous system regulation, and how all of it impacts your results. This is for women who feel stuck, burnt out, or ready to stop guessing and start addressing root causes while still pursuing fat loss, muscle gain, or health optimization in a sustainable way.

  • When someone joins Basal Method 1:1, we don’t jump straight into a one-size-fits-all fat loss or training plan. The first phase is about understanding you. Your goals, stress load, health history, relationship with food and exercise, and what your body actually has the capacity for right now.

    For many clients, we start with what I now consider a foundational or functional health phase. This isn’t about “doing nothing,” but about stabilizing key pieces first: things like stress, digestion, recovery, sleep, and nervous system regulation because those directly impact how well your body responds to training, nutrition, and fat loss. For some people, that phase is short. For others, it’s essential before pushing intensity.

    From there, we build into more specific goals whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, or a hybrid approach using a fully periodized lifting program, customized nutrition guidance (tracking or non-tracking depending on the person), and weekly check-ins where we adjust based on real-time feedback, not just numbers on paper.

    The most important thing to know is that the process isn’t rigid. Some clients move quickly into performance-focused phases, others need more time addressing underlying stress or health factors, and many move back and forth between phases over time. The plan evolves as your body evolves.

    The goal of Basal Method 1:1 isn’t just results.. it’s helping you understand your body, build capacity, and create progress that actually lasts without burning yourself out or overriding your system.

  • In this process, you will develop a better understanding of food, portion control, and what it really means to eat to support your movement, metabolism, hormones, digestion, and mind. My goal with each client is to provide you with a metabolism supporting approach while still working towards a better version of yourself. This is NOT a quick fix. To do this, my coaching protocol takes time, which is why my 1:1 coaching is a 6 month commitment.

    Regular rate: $100/hr (1:1 clients, $85/hr)

    These sessions are perfect for form checks, technique refinement, and getting that extra push from your coach IRL. Please note that in-person availability is limited and not guaranteed - sessions are scheduled based on current openings and are first come, first served.
